I started going to hardcore shows in the mid 90s. Things have changed but also stayed the same. I never imagined I'd see this type of care and vulnerability. I like it. Take care of each other. And enjoy your youthful time in the scene, I know at 42 I'm no grandpa or anything but I sure wish I stopped to really enjoy all of my time at shows and with friends when I was 22. It's more important than you know.
Idk where tf I’d be in life without Hate5six , always providing legendary content ☠️ iii can’t wait for the day he shoots a mf video for my band Setchaos777
I'm probably the last person that this music is supposed to appeal to. I'm turning 50, but I love it. It is almost nostalgic. They excite me like Living Colour did in the 80s/90s and their EPs remind me of how Public Enemy spliced their powerful songs together with powerful messages from cultural sources. I hope these guys take off in whatever way they hope for.....touching mainstream?
Ah boy… always with the labels. It’s music. Enjoy it for what it is. But if you want to get technical about it… if somebody says it’s not hardcore, they’re full of shit. They are an extreme version of hardcore. They’ve been labeled as powerviolence which is a direct subgenre of hardcore. It’s just more challenging and faster than hardcore but the atmosphere, attitude and energy is all the same. You’ve seen the live video right?
Wow, thanks for uploading this! Always love finding new bands. Also, what a badass drummer, love seeing women in the hardcore scene. Vocalist is clearly a badass too.
I have NEVER wanted to be at a live show more. This is honestly one of the first metal shows I've seen on UA-cam where it's not just pasty white dudes in the audience.

Its whack
@@ashgonza92 why’s it whack? Cause you and your white homies can’t be openly racist at shows anymore? Boo hoo you

Zulu is killing it. Absolutely love them. Props Sunny for just being a boss.
I can't stop watching this video. The talent, the emotion of the moment, the respect, brilliant.
This old dude is I glad that they are keeping the hardcore spirit alive and that it's resonating with the youth.
Beautiful, man. Beautiful! Mad respect from Manila, Philippines!
10 months later and I loved this set as soon as I heard it from the bar at KFN. All the vulnerability and how in sync this band is blows me away!
I was a teenager in the 80's. This is fabulous. HXC forever.
