I'm afraid HHC will lose its fire when all the "pop" producers and radio stations will pick it up and make it all about money instead of for love of the music as it is now. Dubstep used to be chill until Skrillex came and burned it to the ground, house music before deadmau5 and all, trance is close to pop now with Armin Van Buuren and I immediately feel like the poppy trance songs has lost its glow. Maybe I'm just stubborn but I'd like HHC to remain underground
I hope we do see a new dawn of HHC on the horizon!
I hope next year the defqon get a new stage for uk/happy hc. It would be so awesome!
yes! they should definitely branch out a little more. There is so many other underrated harder styles genres that deserve a stage too, like hardtek, schranz, maybe even hard house/hard trap.

How could the singer not know the lyrics to that one song? I mean it literally would take a day to learn it by heart. Really unprofessional
The tempo means a lot to the singer. And the original song was at 150 bpm while the song she was singing was at 170 bpm. it might not seem like much but it can really throw you off.

It sounds like the singer didn't even bother to rehearse. I hope she isn't coming back for this year's Defqon, she absolutely ruined a song that would otherwise have been a smashing track. And if she does... In the Netherlands, we greet such singers with a beer shower.
