I have had my Cube for a few months and absolutely love it!! I do wish I could add more than 4 hours of dry time, though.
I have freeze dried stuff and my own MRE’s and I ran out of room in my basement to store them. I need a bigger house 😂
What is the difference between the select model and the elite model?
The Elite model has the maintenance free oil less internal vacuum pump and the select has the external vacuum pump with oil that has to be changed after so many hours of use.
Very extreme cold is just ahead...long duration. It may be below zero into some coastal states and below freezing with very low wind chills for a very long time. This is so bad.

What happened to your other freeze dryer? The Harvest Right one if I remember correctly.
I wish they made a larger Elite model, like 6 or 8 trays.
We had lots of problems with the Harvest right, got them fixed and use it when we have lots to freeze dry. The only thing that's wrong with it now is it takes about 90 to 100 hours to freeze dry something. 🙁
@@petebeasttexashomesteading$8.49 for a dozen of eggs now where I am at. But you don't have to worry about that like ....the rest of the country.
