7:43 when i went to the vet three days after adopting mine, Biscoff (my most anxious bun) tried to jump off of the table at the vet when he had to take her temp and my mom caught her and then i held her nice and secure while her temp was being taken 🧡🖤.
I was so excited to see you had posted a new video! Peekaboo is so adorable! My youngest says Peekaboo looks like our Mini Lop Hazel. Hazel stays right between 5.4-5.8lbs. and is 3.5 years old. When we got her spayed and blood work done it was about $650 total. That included the pain meds we had to give her for several days after and the post-op return checkup. Be sure to have Critical Care on hand. Hazel absolutely loved the Critical Care with Papaya. I didn’t make it real runny and she licked it right off the spoon. I would only make about a half of scoop at a time and feed her every 1-2 hours to get her back to eating and drinking water normally again. I can’t wait to see your next video!
I remember the stress of post surgery for my first bunny. She was lethargic for 3 days (which is totally normal for girl bunnies) and on the 4th day I woke up to her zooming over my face. My boy bun he was up and at 'em the next day. But I always worry because they're just babies in my eyes and as a bunny parent the slightest thing can get them sick and ya just worry, that anxiety never leaves. But the hallway zoomies at like 3am are the kicker ngl so cute but also too tired to capture that for the gram XDD
I am loving your video's! The editing is hilarious! I have been looking for new channels to watch in addition to Sincerely, Cinnabun and have finally found one!! Thank you for sharing with us . Side note - You are SO pretty and have such a wonderful energy!
One tip I learned, you need to show your dominance to the bunny so that they won't take advantage of your nicess and always try to escape. One way to do that is when you pick them up, put your chin over their head.... maybe see if that helps you too over time with picking her up... LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!
Thank you! Yes we totally tried that (forgot which episode 2 or 3) and it worked within a day but the accidents happened months later so I'm guessing it's hormones🤷🏻 Thx for the chin tip will give it a try! 💝🙌
So true! And I will actually try to mentally signal to my rabbit “I respect you, you respect me. I’m in charge right now” and they seem to squirm less and things move faster.
OMFG SO MY OREO IS A DOMMY MOMMY?! Biscoff 🐰🧡 often goes to Oreo🐰🖤 and puts her head down to have Ori dom her lol... makes ya wonder why Ori still tries to mount Bisco! 🧡🖤
I love your videos!!! I am picking up my bunny in 4 days and have been watching your videos over and over again. Thank you so much for posting your first time experiences!
This is the worst day of her life. 😂 That comment was so funny. But she stayed still while you were wiping her, some bunnies stay very still like that when you're grooming them. Mine is the same. I think you did a good job for your first time.
Get a way bigger litter box! I have a 3lb holland lop and he has been using an XL cat litter box since day 1. He was litter trained in 3 days and never had any accidents
I just love your videos, they certainly help me along with my bun, your tips and advice are brilliant, you have given me the confidence to have a go at the nail clipping technique! Which I have been putting off!!! Peekaboo is totally gorgeous ❤xx
Aww thx so much! Good luck let me know how it goes! 👀🐰❤️🙌🤞 Btw I don't think I'd go with the towel thing again, I'm going to get my boyfriend to try and hold her next time so I can focus better 😁
Yay Peekaboo! Such a brave girl!! You’re doing great❤❤❤ for now anytime she pees somewhere get as much of it with a paper towel then Put that in her litter box. Then clean the spot she peed and make sure it has no scent, use a deodorizer, apple cider vinegar, etc. it’s tricky because she’s probably peeing places she likes but if you are relentless by showing her with the paper towels she is supposed to pee In the litter box, hopefully she will follow suit. 😊
Yup did it and got this great spray and my awesome Bissell! Yesterday was the first day she went straight into the second litter box so yaaaayyyy I was so proud of her🤸♀️🎉💓
I have 6 bunnies and I use a nail trimmer for dogs actually 😂 It's much easier from the feeling and with no stupid light. You can try that when shes fully grown. If you have the feeling she feels to nervous cover her eyes, that should calm her down a bit.
@@peekaboosjourney I’ve got a little rabbit named Thomas and it’s been life changing having him as a free roam house bunny… many tears of joy and some of worry. He’s come so far as he was a rescue… you’re doing such a great Bunny mom job!
Then cutting my aggressive bunny's nails, I will have my sister wear a thin jacket, and she will pick up my bunny, properly. Following this, I will be able to easily cut her nails and clean her scent glands. This is A LOT less stressful than trying to wrap the bunny up and by doing this I do not have to worry abt being bit. All you have to do is make sure you can teach your boyfriend to pick-up Peekaboo properly a few times before the next nail session. ❤😁
Agreed that shall be the plan next time! I wanted Hanno to pick her up but he was not ready for that LoL 🤪 definitely not using the towel next time 🤦🏻♀️🤣
Try not to feed too many pellets. Gradually introduce Peekaboo to fresh food. Pallets bloat the stomach. One request, take the grid out of the toilet 🙈. Rabbits have very sensitive feet. I also don't understand that these toilets are being sold.❤️
Yeah she only gets 1/4 cup a day and I explained the litter box a few times in the past💓she has a mat that she hops onto perfectly so her paws don't fall through. She only pees and poops for a few seconds then she's out. She refuses to eat hay in there so doesn't spend much time in there at all. I'm not worried about it thx❤️🙌

Yikes!! You definitely need good reflexes with these guys🤣
@@peekaboosjourney yeah 😅 Biscoff kinda jumped at my mom tho, idek know what she was thinking lol
I love how the bunny is taking over the house with all of the toys and other fun stuff. Same thing happened when I got mine haha.
Haha yup she is taking over more and more everyday! 🤣🙌
The poo cloth on her head made me laugh so loud 😭😂
Hahaha it was definitely a funny moment!! 🤪🤣🙌
Omg I have that same dehydrator for my bunny!!! I do pears, apples, carrots, and herbs. I love it. Peekaboo is sooo cute!!!!🥰
Woohoo awesome!!! ❤️🙌

She's got a bigger litter boxes now and doesn't spend more than a few seconds in them (she doesn't eat hay in them) no accidents for two weeks now! 🎉
🤣This is the worst day of her life !!!
🤣🤣🤣 yes it always makes us laugh!!
I was thinking of getting that nail trimmer with the LED light… I guess I will just stick to the light on my phone.
Yeah it's useless haha

you’re such an amazing bunny mommy

I wouldn`t spend so much money for a rabbit, just treat them like meat rabbit that`s all.
Like meat rabbit?! What does that even mean?! 👀
