So. I will preface this by saying, my husband and I *did* lose our first pregnancy at 3 and a half months along. I *was* in a lot of pain beforehand. The thing I have always found so odd about the whole Meghan-and-any-type-of-pregnancy conversation is that she discusses the miscarriage and what went on during and after in *great* detail. BUT. She never discusses her pregnancies*.NEVER.* No, "Oh my feet were so swollen !" or "I used cocoa butter on my stretch marks and it was amazing!" She literally never talks about any of it. So I'm really unsure about *believing* her on *any* of it.

Miscarriage or stillbirth, which is it? These are two different things. A miscarriage gives you nothing recognizable to bury, a stillbirth isn't released directly to the grieving parents for burial in the backyard. It's released to a funeral home for burial. Lying about this is heartless.
They gave us our son. He weighed half a pound and was born 1 week before the various laws about reporting and disposal kick in. They put him in a very nice white envelope box, and we laid him to rest under a fir tree in the back yard. I had a miscarriage, not particularly painful…Basically like getting a period. Sometimes early on there’s barely any symptoms, aside from some spotting. Could be worse for others, I suppose, but Meghan is just SOOO melodramatic. And, let’s face it, likely made the whole thing up.
I had two. One was like a really painful period and the other was like labor and the embryo came out intact. It can vary a lot depending on how far along you are and other factors.

As someone who works in healthcare I have had to take babies who had been miscarried to the lab when I worked in the hospital for testing. But also, you can't release human remains for ppl to get rid of as they see fit. You can't bury ppl on your land in case they get near water or other things that could be contaminated- truly.

Not all miscarriages have sudden pain. You can also spot for a long time, then lose the fetus on your own. I did over a 2 week time frame. Not all miscarriages are as dramatic.
An early miscarriage is sad but it isn't "traumatic" a good doctor would explain why it happens. Usually it wasn't a viable pregnancy and for the best.
Harry said he buried the unborn child under a banyon tree. I live 2 hours south of Santa Barbara. There aren't banyon trees in Southern California. Our climate is not tropical. It is Mediterranean/ semi arid. With out water from Northern California and the Colorado River we are a desert. No banyon trees I have ever seen.
I believe they grow in Florida but not in California unless you pick a spot close to their climate. It’s not likely a tree that would survive unless in the right location.
Miscarriage is not brought on by stress, it happens because there is something wrong with the fetus and the body gets rid of it for that reason. Even in the worst war situations children get born. I had 1 miscarriage 16 weeks in, it starts with light cramping like menstrual cramps, by then you know what is going on. The cramps slowly get worse just like going into labour until the fetus is expelled or in my case I had to go to the hospital to have it removed. There is no way she was fine one minute and the next minute dropped to the floor in pain. Just telling you this to let you know what a big fat lie that was.

I just recently suffered a miscarriage myself. It felt like an endometriosis flare up or really severe period cramps. I didn’t “fall to the ground” in hysteria and I was able to drive myself to the hospital (we decided my husband would stay home with our 3 year old because I had no idea how long something like that would take) but I was breathing through it like labor. The involuntary passing of a child you really, really wanted is traumatizing for sure. I feel awful if she really did experience it but I wouldn’t be shocked if she dramatized it. Also, I don’t think the hospital would just give you the baby back… if it’s prior to 20 weeks, it’s likely considered “medical waste” (which is awful to say) but the hospital would take care of it appropriately and after 20, it’s considered an infant death and recorded with the county coroner & that could be fact checked. I honestly cannot fathom the trauma of being handed the child I just lost and then burying it under a tree. 😢

I called my doctor, explained what happened and he said it was normal miscarriage. He didn't even want me to come in and see him.

If you have a miscarriage, then the pain is in most cases probably ‚normal‘ birth pain, especially in later months (like I did). Early miscarriages often go undetected. Pain may also be caused by blood cloths and subsequent thrombosis.

Miscarriage or stillbirth, which is it? These are two different things. A miscarriage gives you nothing recognizable to bury, a stillbirth isn't released directly to the grieving parents for burial in the backyard. It's released to a funeral home for burial. Lying about this is heartless.
They gave us our son. He weighed half a pound and was born 1 week before the various laws about reporting and disposal kick in. They put him in a very nice white envelope box, and we laid him to rest under a fir tree in the back yard. I think Meghan is execrable and likely is making this all up, but saying that a hospital will never let you take home your pre-20 weeker is simply not true.

I had a miscarriage, not particularly painful…Basically like getting a period. Sometimes early on there’s barely any symptoms, aside from some spotting. Could be worse for others, I suppose, but Meghan is just SOOO melodramatic. And, let’s face it, likely made the whole thing up.
I had two. One was like a really painful period and the other was like labor and the embryo came out intact. It can vary a lot depending on how far along you are and other factors.

As someone who works in healthcare I have had to take babies who had been miscarried to the lab when I worked in the hospital for testing. But also, you can't release human remains for ppl to get rid of as they see fit. You can't bury ppl on your land in case they get near water or other things that could be contaminated- truly.

Harry said he buried the unborn child under a banyon tree. I live 2 hours south of Santa Barbara. There aren't banyon trees in Southern California. Our climate is not tropical. It is Mediterranean/ semi arid. With out water from Northern California and the Colorado River we are a desert. No banyon trees I have ever seen.

Miscarriage is not brought on by stress, it happens because there is something wrong with the fetus and the body gets rid of it for that reason. Even in the worst war situations children get born. I had 1 miscarriage 16 weeks in, it starts with light cramping like menstrual cramps, by then you know what is going on. The cramps slowly get worse just like going into labour until the fetus is expelled or in my case I had to go to the hospital to have it removed. There is no way she was fine one minute and the next minute dropped to the floor in pain. Just telling you this to let you know what a big fat lie that was.

I just recently suffered a miscarriage myself. It felt like an endometriosis flare up or really severe period cramps. I didn’t “fall to the ground” in hysteria and I was able to drive myself to the hospital (we decided my husband would stay home with our 3 year old because I had no idea how long something like that would take) but I was breathing through it like labor. The involuntary passing of a child you really, really wanted is traumatizing for sure. I feel awful if she really did experience it but I wouldn’t be shocked if she dramatized it.
Also, I don’t think the hospital would just give you the baby back… if it’s prior to 20 weeks, it’s likely considered “medical waste” (which is awful to say) but the hospital would take care of it appropriately and after 20, it’s considered an infant death and recorded with the county coroner & that could be fact checked. I honestly cannot fathom the trauma of being handed the child I just lost and then burying it under a tree. 😢

I have had a miscarriage and it wasn't painful. It simply was my stomach area jumping around for a minute then a gush of blood and very sm child. It was very weird and sad. I called my doctor, explained what happened and he said it was normal miscarriage. He didn't even want me to come in and see him.
