That goes for store-brands/off-brands of the same products, and if you do a little digging, a ton of things people buy that seem like a smaller brand on their own is actually owned by a bigger brand "parent company". I hate that people still can't differentiate between added sugar and sugar that is already a part of the product (fruits, etc.). The type of sugar that is added to food is usually the unhealthy type, while the sugars that are present in the food by default are fine. Just make sure you drink plenty of water to help flush your system. Also, the chemical composition of the sugars make a difference in how, as well as how quickly, they are processed by the body. Fiber and vitamins also helps slow the absorption rate of natural sugars.

No sugar added does not mean sugar free; it just means that all sugars present occur naturally in other ingredients, and it turns out fruit juice contains A LOT of sugar.

It’s sad how much damage corporations have done to us. Breastfeeding is literally vital for early health. Mothers transfer essential bacteria and other things that help babies immune systems.
Getting dried powder does not provide this. It’s not often lethal for the child but just because you can survive on it doesn’t mean it’s healthy.
