As a Dutch girl currently applying to become a flight attendant in Amsterdam, this video was really helpful. I agree that for many cabin crew flying is not a life time thing, it takes such a toll on your body and mental state. It was nice to hear an honest review of both ups and downs. I hope you have the best time in your new challenge and with your loved ones.

I heard dark sides of being a cabin crew from other ex SQ stewardesses. But I see you being very professional and replied the questions very well too.

I always wanted to know what goes behind the scenes of an SQ service as SQ service are amongst the best in the world as far as the airline industry is concerned.

I think working backend for an Airline is better in a way(Depends also tbh) Like I work in a Ticketing office for an Airline we get the bulk of complaints if there is any IROPs etc. Buuuuuttt I enjoyed working with People as I can help them solve their issues without em seeing my face. In the Airline I worked for, yes we have a lot of ex Cabin Crew that works here. I told them, sit in office, answer call but still get flight and hotel benefits, still everyday can go home see family. But anyways congrats for leaving!! Proud of to move on!
