Healing broken heart is by reading Al Qur'an and Dzikir to Allah SWT. When we reading Al Qur'an, we are talking to Allah SWT. When we are praying five times or Tahajjud, we are dialogue or communicate to Him (الاحسان ان تعبد الله كانك تراه فان لم تكن تراه فان يراك).

Happy 1 st Sunday alhamdulillah. I wanted too put a prayer in the sky I pray that when I see beautiful and pretty things in life that I won't get so nervous and get anxiety. I pray for wonderful blessing to come our way; and that Allâh will protect us through the storm when the rain starts to pour down Amên.

Heal your heart by helping others.
Remember if you belittle others whether intentionally or unintentionally as perhaps a joke amongst friends it will come back to you. Not everyone is mentally strong.
Learn to forgive as much as you can...let go no matter what they did.
If youve harmed anyone in your life go and apologise and make up. Get closure.
