If they take the direct route, yes (or at least Syria). However, their upgraded aircraft (find a picture of the F16s Israel bought from the US and attached "shoulder fuel tanks" to them) combined with multiple air-to-air refueling capabilities, they could pretty much get there any way they wanted to. The drawback is vastly increased flight time & pilot fatigue, assuming we are talking about manned aircraft.
