The possibility alone is encouraging, thank you Cherelle. You’ve been a constant help for me in my Health Anxiety journey, and I always come back to your videos when I relapse.

cherelle please help!!! I have one day googled brain tumors for my school presentation and since then I started getting symptoms such as weakness (not clinical, I just feel weak), muscle twitches all over, never in a specific spot, and headaches that I only notice when I am not focusing on anything less. It has been absolute hell as brain tumors can cause different symptoms so for like 2 weeks I was convinced I had memory loss or loss of hearing and I can't seem to get out of this horrible cycle. I am only 15 and the chances of me having a brain tumor are super rare but I always stumble upon these rare cases and convince myself I have a brain tumor. my doctor preformed a neurological exam and everything was fine so she doesn't want me going for an MRI or CT scan but I am so convinced that I need one. Can you please do a video about brain tumor related anxiety

Same things happen in all case , health anxiety make everything worse that u assume. That vicious cycle will be continued again and again .I must say big word for U "STOP" stop worrying much about everything in ur body u can't control it,that is very bad...same thing! It happened to me ,I early aware of it by watching some vedio of health anxiety and their cause. I got relief and changed my lifestyle to do more productive things everyday like meditation and listening songs. Now I can work more comfortably without any health anxiety 😌
Have faith in universe and manifest every day 🙏 ✨

This is me now im always inside the house its been around 14 years living like this what ive noticed is i care too much about what people think of me when someone looks at me i tend to get scared i see peoole judging and laughing which makes it worse but even though i go through this i still try to walk my dog daily and challenge myself by going outside it hasn't really gotten that much better but I'm trying.
What helped you recover because i feel like theres no way out

Hello, I appreciate your answer. During your anxiety attack, did you experience myoclonic jerks only at night while you were sleeping, or did they also occur during the day?

U check it out if it persist ,don't think serious about lymph nodes. That happen usually and even be bigger in size when we have stress and anxiety. But as u had an intercourse, u better to check it out bro. Don't be panic about it, that's just health anxiety that make everything serious .

I watched your videos about your cardiophobia and you saying you had a large amount of PAC heartbeats. I had them before pregnancy infrequently, but now that I’m pregnant again with my 2nd they are super frequent and I’m afraid. Did you happen to have PACs during your last pregnancy? 🥹 could you do a video on anxiety/ the heart during pregnancy. There are very FEW videos on the internet 🥺

Suggestion: Please use more informative titles. People passing through who see a generalized title have no idea what the topic at hand is. Try to at least post what your health issues are in the title so passersby know whether to click or pass it by. A lot of people need help dealing with these issues, so if they don't know who you are or what your issues are, then they could pass right by it and miss out on information that could have helped. Thank you. 😊😊
