Watching paolo’s new videos on weekends always give me some extra happiness and relaxedness, especially when having lunch or dinner at home. Now its been a habit for me during weekends for 3 years. Im sure many feel the same like me 😂.
Of course! Here on the east coast it as been a weekend ritual to watch the "A day in the life" series new videos with breakfast. Paolo never misses with these videos!
I saw Paolo on the day he was shooting this video and he was gracious enough to let me take a photo with him. A nice man. He captured the area really well. TeamLab Borderless was a highlight of our trip to Japan.
I missed out on these places last time I was here due to my laziness... Thanks for rekindling my desire to go there next time I go with this video! Another awesome video, please rest well over the weekend, have an awesome weekend!
If you’re at Toranomon Hills around lunchtime, there are some restaurants that have takeaway bento boxes/donburi for 500円/ $3 USD. They cater to mostly people working around that are but anyone can buy which I usually do if I’m in that area.
Man! Where was this video when I was in Tokyo last week? My trip was so amazing though! Thanks in big part to you guys! I've been watching and planning since 2019. Keep up the awesome videos!
I am DYING to get a customized dashi. Ten years ago, I would have saved a ton of room in my suitcase for anime figures and manga. Now it's food, ingredients, knives/utensils, snacks and books. What a fantastic episode!
I love Japanese culture and lifestyle and food all is beautiful and delicious looking thank you for sharing your videos you are amazing keep up with your amazing presentation of Japanese culture
I made it to so many of your recommended cafe and food spots, all around Tokyo, from videos almost 5 years old, but not this spot! Just made it to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple nearby, but Creme De La Creme in Roppongi Hills was so worth the visit. It is still there and delicious! Thanks for recommending.
Love this since day one I watched your vlogs, you’re an OG Japanese content creator we love, keep on doing quality and great contents- Love and support from- Manila, Phils.❤❤❤
Its next level in Azabudai Hills. The best of the best is here. From specialty fruit, Spanish Jamon, tempura, sushi, caviar and so much more. A simple perfect baguette with freshly cut smoked ham and Hokkaido butter, the perfect time to eat your cheesecake, to a caviar sturgeon specialty shop it is an elite food destination. The details to air condition ducts in the marbled floors, hand rendered walls, curves and angles in every direction you look, this is a beautiful building. Only problem is the seating areas during summer. So much room and really nowhere to sit down and eat. Only a handful of tables inside for such a massive area, you will have to sit in the soaring heat of Japan and watch your beautiful food get destroyed by the heat.
They will definitely carry your hot sauce one day! have to keep dreaming big or keep up your hopes! The architecture is visually stunning, so much design went into creating it and it is wonderful. Of course, all the food looks so wonderful too! Thank you for sharing with us!
the amazing shopping center comes at a price. in reality what he showed you would probably cost $300-400 per person, if you have this to spend on a shopping day this place is for you.
> thanks for this extensive video Paolo. Azabudai Hills is on my calendar for my next visit to Tokyo, spring '25. I went to TeamLabs Planets this year and was amazed. Borderless looks equally fantastic - Wolfy had fun, so i'm certain i will too. The many food shops will keep me there for quite a while ~
That’s shopping center looks so beautiful feels like you would be getting such high quality and pay so much money for it. But you’re not really which is so nice. A new place on the list of places to go in Japan
I wanna go to the dashi store so badly! One can definitely spend a whole day here. Well done Paolo and Maiko! Also... what amazing timing to have the museum to yourselves!!! 🎉❤🎉
I love the "Lab," so much fun regardless of your age. Wolfie was definitely having a good time. I think the shopping area was very, very posh and most likely hard on the wallet. I wonder how much the meal and the dashi were.
I think It's pretty cool,I mean a normal person isn't there everyday so I think It's ok to spend good money there and get some souvenirs and try good food!
Please show more Wolfy and Wifey!!! I love seeing them!! Loved this, makes me want to visit Japan. I've never really wanted to until I started watching your videos. Hugs!!
I visited all these places earlier today. Thanks for putting it out this morning. I highly reccomend the Dashi amd Sashimi places mentioned. Also, there are other cool places. Just make sure to walk around
i laughed so hard when paolo pointed out the sushi shop and we can hear maiko going "???" and then it says "100% wrong" on the bottom. theyre so funny together 😂
At about 1/3 your video, it was too much "Herb Medicine" & after my 1st wife passed, not doing that again. I do love your videos, epically with Wolfe :-) Family has a greater power over everything.
i went here about a month ago. IMO it is, by far, the most expensive foodie destination in Tokyo. That supermarket is priced like Erewhon in LA (a very high end and expensive grocery) It's really nice though and worth a walk through at least
Thanks Paulo, just went here 9/21 because of you! Got your numbered dashi, got your stewed tuna inigiri, and some goodies from the grocery store to eat outside in that beautiful garden area. 🍣 Tokyo really needs more places to sit. Never understand why its this way
Great video as always! Just FYI the Teamlabs in Odaiba and this one is different. This one is "Teamlab Borderless" and the one in Odaiba is "Teamlab Planet" 👍 Get well soon, mate!

Paolo, I was wondering if you can feature the Tonton restaurant of Honoka Ikeda located at Matsuhidai, Chiba prefecture.
hey Paolo, Im actually curious with expired food in japan. Can you make video for it?
Seems Paolo has a cold but he's pushing through it. Thank you for giving a lot to us. What a beautiful place
I love that we can hear you speaking Japanese with people you’re conversing 😊

This place is incredible.
I was one of your first subs way back in the day, and I can say, this is one of your top videos
This seems like a very high end place just looking at the surrounding retails shops
The sembikiya fruits parlor right next to the borderless had the best melon and bite of fruit I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend
You been to azabudai hills ?

Hey man, you don't sound good. Your health is more important than making a UA-cam video. Take it easy and don't worry about it for now.😊
I thought he was sounding sick too. And the odd metaphors made me worried maybe he still had a fever going. )=
Not just his health, but also all of the people he’s going around
1:40 he doesn't look sick here, does he? Might be the Mike and some outdoor echo issue
@@Equ1n0x88 he kind of does look sick, he’s very red around his nose as if he’s been blowing it a lot recently

Paolo’s reactions to the foods with his first bites always cracks me up, his reactions alone IS the compliment to the chefs/cooks LOL! Get it Paolo!!!

Yes the market/cafes are all luxurious, we didn't buy anything even though we were starving cause everything was expensive lol
I'll be in Japan in November. Now, I've two more spots to visit. thanks
What an amazing complex. We had something similar years ago here in Melbourne called Daimaru, only on a much smaller scale. Much, much smaller.
