By default the maximum insights is 7 days. Don't forget these are insights into events/ problems which are impacting end user connections and experience. Therefore if a user had a bad DNS/ DHCP/ Coverage/ Roaming/ WAN etc etc connection a month or 3 months ago,, then that info is very much stale. However,,, there is a feature on Mist called Premium Analytics which allows up to 13 months of historical data to be queried and reported.
The time period, can you change it to for a month, quarter? I could not find any way to do that even with custom reports?
