The Captiva was actually the Saturn view . When Chevy bought Saturn they had a lot of demands for the Saturn but you still so that was their answer they they kept building the Saturn Vue but just took the emblems off and put Chevy emblems on them and they called it a Chevy Captiva and made that from I think 2012 to 17 I'm not sure but there was a high demand for the Saturn views at one time and they wanted to kind of build off that or feed off that and so that's how the Chevy Captiva was or came about
Saturn Vue or Opel Antara in Europe and in USA its Chevy Captiva Sport (mostly for rental). Captiva in video is different and bigger than Captiva Sport/Antara
Captiva's were not generally sold to the public and mostly were found as part of business fleets. They started to become more available during covid as businesses shut down. I own one amd they drive fine.
We got an old Chevy Captiva 2011 & after years of use, we're now looking for ways to upgrade it. It's a 7-seater but smaller than Trailblazer. 👍🏼 from the Philippines
