Thank you for posting. After learning about DSWT two years ago, I adopted Murera and gifted each of my nephews a baby to adopt: Mzinga, Nyambeni and Shujaa. I so enjoy watching any video about the orphan’s lives. How lucky are you to actually visit the elephants in person.

Thank you for posting this amazing insight into The Sheldrick Trust Reintegration unit at Ithumba for the orphan elephants of Kenya. Daphne Sheldrick's legacy lives on here and throughout Kenya, with the rescue and care of orphan elephants.
You can feel her presence with every one of the orphans that has been rescued, to have been given a second chance to grow up and be released back into the wild is truly a remarkable story.
The keepers and everyone of the Trust are such inspirational people and I am proud to be a supporter of the Trusts work.
This beautiful filmed video certainly wants me to one day go visit Ithumba and see the orphans for myself.

So glad you are supporting the trust. Hope you make it to Ithumba someday.

@Greg Muelrath Amazing Greg. Can you do chimpanzees in Uganda’s Ngamba island and gorillas in Uganda’s Mgahinga national park next?

@@gregmuelrathYou’re welcome. Also last month on August 12th is world elephant day and on last week on September 24th is world gorilla day. There’s further world animal days on Africa’s other iconic animals on the list on google. Also when earth day comes next spring of next April we celebrate earth within the African continent, its animals, culture and people.
