I've got this filter and it's leaking from the middle section, so there's 3 knobs on the top and it's the middle one that has like a grove in it .

One minute into video see him unscrewing the top and taking you off and holding it in his hand . the part his holding his hand is faulty the manufacturers have accept liability. and will give you an updated one for free. So get in touch with the manufacturers or the person who fitted it in for you. I literally got my part today 23/02/2021 good luck (the problem is plastic housing the magnet splits and lets water in. They only give you the part that's faulty not the whole thing )
