To save your battery the software limits the fps if you plug in your laptop with the company charger then you fps will boost up

Jitna brand niche girate jaoge utna jyada better specs milega for ex jitne bhi achche brand hai Jaise ki hp victus,dell g15, Lenovo loq wo iss price point par similar specifications dete Hain naa ki ghatiya brands ki Tarah Jaise ki Asus Acer infinix etc.
And haa loq mein aap 4k editing at 60fps aaram se Kar sakte ho Maine bhi purchase kiya hai

It's maybe because of it's heavy demand. I ordered it on the 8th and it showed me the same(30th), but it got updated later to "Delivery on the 17th". So... Don't worry, you'll get it soon too, it won't take long.
