His mom wanted him to get married in 70s and she was ver ytraditional and always told him to get married and she wanted grandkids. but I guess because Štb was doing interviews with his parents and bullying them, and his mom was sick at that time...
They wanted to take all the money of his parents and put them in prison, because of Karel Gott emigrating to Germany in 1971. His mom always supported Karel's passion for painting and singing and supported his career. She told Štb the same things that Karel was thinking that he didn't want to emigrate to Germany he just wanted to get more respect as an artist so he went to Germany. Some article said he didn't want to be associated with any woman in public. I guess Karel didn't want to marry maybe because of the trauma or the fact that putting other people through the stress of his career. But I may be wrong. But he only said in an interview with Alena Heribanová that the career and the traveling is not steady or guaranteed the same way as the gypsies, so he couldn't offer marriage and when he thought it was the right time, it didn't etc.
In 1990 he wanted to end his career, but they encouraged him to not end his career. I guess he probably wanted to get married etc.
Karel Gott didnt have an idea that his mom was so sick.
If he knew how sick she was he would told her about his daughter. So at least he told his father.
It seems like Karel inherited attitude from his mom, in some aspects. Jitka Zelemnková said that when his mom died before the concert in Frankfurt, Karel was so strong that didnt show any emotion because of his professionalism, and his profession. Maybe I guess it was the reason he didnt know about his mom illness and maybe she had the same personality.
After she died Jitka Zelenkova and other colleague were with him in his Prague villa, talking about anything the whole night, not about problems but about anything neutral just not making him feel alone etc.
They asked her in 2019 interview whether Karel Gott was crying. she said No he never was crying he felt deep emotions to but with his professionalism he didn´t show it. Only when around 2017 they were in Slovakian city and the folk group was palying the songs arrangements of Karel Gott and Jitka Zelenková with the folk instruments and accordion he had wet eyes and said This is so beautiful.
If you read a little bit about psychology you will realize people may have a subconscious program or trauma that they don't even realize that they have. He had a very close relationship with his mom, who supported his passion for painting and singing, he had but a complicated relationship with father. They often were arguing about things or politics. Karel in adulthood made song Tatovi "To Father" because he realised his father was a good guy and deserved more attention from Karel etc.
Professor Sam Vaknin explains that men who idolize their mother...whether the mother is good or bad, the men have problems finding a long-term partner because to them their mother is so perfect idol, that they are not able to separate themselves from the idol of their mother, even if the mom was not a good mom.
But the problem is that the mom may be a very good person, but if the father isn't perfect, or the father is in some type of conflict
The man is still having problems separating himself from the idol of his mom, he puts the blame on mom, for the behavior of the father while still idolizing the mom.
      Its complicated.
So if his mom was good he feels love toward women, if his relationship to mom was toxic he will seek toxic women, because his brain as a child associated love with negativity but still he would idolize his mom, but he would have problems separating himself from mom in his mind, so therefore man tries to separate himself from other women, to be self-confident individual, because he wasnt able to separate himself from the idol of his mom.
the reason is that the first 3- 5 years of childhood the boy needs his mother more than he needs a father because the mother is nurturing the child, its a psychological fact. Because the Father's role comes later. The father is giving the advice to child.
The same may happen to women... that if they are not able to separate themselves as self-confident successful individual, from their mother, the woman will see her male partner as a mother arguing with him. even if her mother can be good person but because the father wasnt present in her life or he didnt want to be, she will put blame on the mother. because its the psychologiy that works that way.
These explanations seek logical at some point that child needs the first 5 years the mother 90 percent of time, and fathers role isnt as necessary at this point but they are so complicated, but sometimes these explanations seem to me so complicated that I rather give it benefit of doubt to not believe it completely.
Though the subconscious programs of mind can be tricky, but therefore people have hobbies sports, arts, music to refresh the mind and not be obsessed of this stuff.
It seems that with Karel it can not be completely true because he seems spiritually so high that he always treated his colleagues with respect and to make them feel comfortable and make them feel special. He loved the humor and jokes very much or other people saying jokes as he is happy seeing people happy. And he admired the fans very much to not make them feel neglected according to his colleagues. It seems he could have some problems to avoid conflicts. His vocal singer Hitka Zelenková said Karel didnt like conflicts, he tried to avoid them as much s possible, rather he would let someone else to deal with them.
Karel Gott and his family also experienced a bombing of Pilsen, when he was 5 years old, but they survived. Then Karel spent time in Grandma´s garden enjoying nature and his hobby of painting.
Often kids who have a difficult childhood may have some trauma that will continue to adulthood or they have a subconscious belief, that thye are not aware of. Dr. Bruce Lipton explains how adult's behavior is related to their childhood of age 0 - 7, when the brain is programmed with the beliefs of the subconscious program and values. It continues to adulthood. He is teaching how to reprogram old beliefs and habits.
