Man, that river! Simple beauty is the best. Can’t blame you for not crossing the swamp, lol. I’ll bet the mountains were quite a sight after a few wet days. Cool vid, shame the a/v gear took a beating, still turned out great! Cheers buds!
Thanks man. I'm having fun doing some of the voiceovers, so the gear troubles worked out in a weird way. But so many beautiful rivers! This one was incredible, upsqualitch the evening before was great, we also camp on Rivere de la Madeleine, and traverse the Matepidea river too. All amazing. The lack of a fishing rod was felt deeply on this trip, lol. Cheers buddy.
A fun video to watch on a December day. I will have to look into this trail for me and my KLR since Quebec is my province. I look forward to watching the rest of your trip and making some plans for next summer.
I strongly recommend it. The GO Pros could never capture how beautiful some of the scenes are on the TQT. If you have the chance, definitely plan a week on the bike to enjoy it.
@@rontimber8566 Mid August. 7 days on the road with the bikes and the bugs were non-existent. The nights got colder the higher into the mountains we got, but nothing serious. Just a bit chilly.
Oh man yes. The rivers here were amazing. We spent a lot of in river conservation zones that had amazing salmon pools. When I return to this place, I'll certainly be ready to fish.
That would be a great setup. Being on the Island here, Google can get you quite aways as it's rare to be in a spot without some kind of cell coverage. But a GPS system might need to move up on my must do mods list..
Motorcycle trips are the best way to travel
They make for some great memories, that's for sure.
I wish I would have known about the Trans Quebec Trail App when I was in Gaspé, some pretty amazing trails!
It's such a great trail. Just beautiful dirt rides like this, and you're on them all day long. The app take all the work out it for sure.
