@@Warriorking.1963 sigh There would be some political complaining of course. Everything's political nowadays apparently.
Bill Patrick Jones you sound like a moron that believes all the anti western lies.
If maybe try to live elsewhere if you think England is such a terrible place.
Here’s a thought exercise for you.
Transpose you’re ideas about Britain into any other country.
Is Japan not for the Japanese?
Is Tibet not for Tibetans?
Is China not for Chinese?
It’s not about any one race, culture or any one nationality being better than any other, it’s about acknowledging every people deserve a place that is their own.
Immigration is absolutely fine. Mass immigration that is transformative and drastically and swiftly changes the culture and demography of a place is problematic.
There is no place for racism, anywhere.
But guess what, the country you are criticising is one of the least racist on the planet.
Compare any metric you like.
Stats on racist attacks, police arrests, immigration ease and assists, polls on attitude, you name it. The UK is demonstrably one of the least racist countries.
But idiot collectivists still make everything about race, it’s all you can see. Because of your warped distorted view of the world.
That’s why to them, everyone’s racist.
It’s like the nonstop propaganda that pours out of the guardian articles. Idiots eat that shit up, because it makes them feel morally superior.
But they don’t see the harm that way of thinking is causing. Politicising everyone.
Assigning everyone to their groups and placing them in a oppression hierarchy.
Victims and aggressors.
The individual is lost.
That’s what causes polarised, myopic viewpoints. Vilifying anyone with ideas that are not exactly in line with your narrow, collectivist world view.
News flash. In the past everyone was racist.
It was the norm. And every culture has done terrible things. Every single one.
You need to look at where we are today.
And compare the secular, tolerant, liberal views and values of western counties today. To the MANY oppressive, intolerant countries that populate our planet.
How many countries have the death penalty for
Homosexuality, apostate, even adultery.
How many counties have oppressive totalitarian governments? Where saying the wrong thing is a death sentence.
Honestly i am sick to my back teeth of idiots that no nothing about the world telling me how evil and bad Britain is.
Who fought communism? Who fought the nazis? Who had wars and paid out millions to end slavery?
It beggars belief how warped some people are.
Read history.
Read about the multitude of empires and colonial powers, the mongols, the Russian empire, the ottomans, the Qing dynasty, the Spanish empire, the Japanese empire.
The Roman Empire.
Every culture has done despicable, heinous crimes, every culture has raped, slaved and killed its way around the world.
But look at the world today.
Who’s not doing a bad job today?
And who is still committing genocides, slaving, raping and killing on mass?
Yes. It's amazing to think there were only 3 channels on TV in those days. Perhaps that's why the quality of many programmes has become worse.
This scene has one of the best payoffs at the end that I’ve ever seen! Brilliant.
£25 is a bargain you'd struggle to get a toy car for that price nowadays
And in a few more years, you'll struggle to get one for £199.

MOT 2 weeks hahaha
Dunno why people go on saying that del is a villain, he has more heart than any charactoer ive seen on television, what he does is purely for he's family,
Yeah but selling a death trap of a car ain't good!
I think that's because its obvious he buys stolen goods, most of it would come from raids on warehouses and stores.
Because he's buying the goods, he's encouraging the crime, plus he's a tax dodger, obviously drives whilst drunk and without insurance or tax and jokes are made out of it.
So yes he's a low life villain, its obvious he spends money on himself, whilst rodney seemed to be wearing the same clothes for years at a time
@@alisonwilliams4862 to be honest, they're all freakin idiots, that Crawford mk2 cortina convertible would have been worth about £1000 at the time this show was made, they've always been rare.

I just checked your last comments on UA-cam.
It appears you correct people's spelling a lot.
In my case the spelling is sound, just the incorrect word used. I'm so very sorry about that. I hope you can forgive me?
Not to worry my friend (I hope you don't have issue with me calling you my friend? You seem like such a nice guy, I feel like we have a connection, through words, on the internet, who could have thought? Modern technology!)
Also, thank you for your correction, my day today, so far, was in great need of a 'pick me up'. Now, thanks to you today has been greatly improved.
Thank you!
I hope you feel somewhat more whole within yourself now (or is that 'hole'? I'm so confused, at this stage, perhaps you could advise me?)
Anyway, I'm starting to babble.
I'm sure, correcting strangers on the internet, it must help you somewhat, on some level, perhaps it helps you with your confidence.
I hope my misuse of the word, and your diligent correction, brings something positive to your day.
It is however, a great pity, that you, and we, moreso, could not enjoy the moment I refer from the clip together through words. It would have been much nicer to have exchanged our united love for this show through positive exchange shared together.
Ah well, everybody is different. Not to worry. Whatever makes you happy.

Don't know why, but UK TV Gold has stopped showing this episode, & believe me, it continues to broadcast re-runs of Only Fools.... I'm guessing that the sticking point is the disco scene, where Delboy & Rodney chat up two chicks from Chelsea(!), & there's early '80s music playing. UK TV Gold's budget won't stretch to royalties for broadcasting chart hits. Look at what they did to the Money soundtrack that was originally played when Del was raising money to buy the statue, in another episode, of 1982.
Is that the episode where rodney mentions he hasnt smoked artifical grass lol
Any episode that references race, sexuality, or gender has been categorically banned from uk television. It was in the papers not long agai, there were enormous complaints from young snowflakes belonging to several communist type groups/parties and so gold folded under he pressure from it and won’t show them anymore if they reference what I mentioned above, freedom of speech/humour/freedom of expression doesn’t exist in the uk anymore, I’m getting out at my first opportunity, it’s become a totalitarian hell hole
There's an episode where they have what would now be coined racist figured of black people on their shelf. The outrage that'd cause now.
People are so serious

This is series 1 episode 1 and the theme tune was different for series one and original had no words, in the second series writerJohn Sullivan wrote the word for the theme tune and wanted Chas and Dave to sing it but for some reason we’re not available and it ended up with writer John Sullivan singing it.
later copies of the DVD release had the original series 1 theme removed and dubbed over with the version from series 2
This isn't the first episode.
Ok the second then but the issues with the change in theme tune still are correct even when UK gold show these episodes they use the series 2 onward music rather than the original
