i have a little question
This ALL in one mode has CAMPAiGNS and SCENARIOS.
Can those be played without the mods included in pack?
Or those CAMPAiGNS and SCENARIOS require mods like textures for example from that folder mod?
Or some modifications from there?

ALL campaigns & scenarios can be played without mods.
Mods merely add flavour so that, for example, when you load up an old "Winter" Stalingrad campaign (set in September because of editor limitations from the time) it should look noticeably different from a September 1944 campaign.
