- This video gives a brief idea of how a day in truck drivers life looks like in the city/local job.
It explains all the aspects of the day in terms of schedule,pay,physical work,job description etc.
Good Video you explain everything very clearly . I'm a retired UK Truck Driver have done many different types of work , but never Containers , I think it is an easy job as there is no physical loading or unloading , which can be back breaking . Your job is Driving not Labouring and thats how it should be.

I do 4 axle flatbed Qc-Ont and put steel coil in the middle and 20ft containers at front and back. Double the work,Double the money

I did little intermodal work in the past. Definitely zip tie those corners on the chassis. Containers can be tricky

Just an advice sister, Am not a pro on UA-cam but all you need is the viewers attention and it all starts with your title and thumbnail, you could change your title to something like "A day in the Life of Truck Driver (Local Driver)" or something like that... And for the thumbnail, your thumbnail is good honestly but it just lacks something small for the viewer's curiosity. You could add like a picture of your truck somewhere in the thumbnail and it would be better at least for the viewer.
Note: This is just an advice from a brother to a sister and sorry for the long comment, i just wanted to share something (valuable maybe) small to you if you're in to it....

One day truck driver jobs will be far and few. AI will take over everything. Still probably 20-30 years away
@@dalaov5258 we still have a lot of time where AI will replace a driver,technology will change undoubtedly and skills will improve however today is different!

That's what the taxi drivers said...maybe drivers will be around but a software company will come and provide transport companies at a fraction of the price like Uber drivers getting paid peanuts. Good luck with your channel
