As Brooke and Ridge prepare for their rehearsal dinner celebration, the matter of Rick’s attendance adds friction to the day. Brooke extends an invitation to Rick, which isn’t received very well, while Ridge extends the same invitation to Taylor. Phoebe returns for her father’s wedding and reveals the true reason behind why she had left town. It becomes apparent that Phoebe still carries residual resentment towards Taylor and Rick.
Hated this period. Hated what they did to both Taylor and Rick, then poor Phoebe

@@jaynesemcfarland it seems like Phoebe is forgotten in the soap opera exceptionally by the logans. After the Beth scandal, nobody cares that Phoebe was gone for the second time for steffy
Brooke and Phoebe got on quite well. I think in the this case it’s more because she wants all her children at her wedding too.
