Shok can you make a vid on assassin macro specifically? I usually struggle in the mid game as assassin's and I find it hard to accelerate my leads from mid game to late on assassins
thats because assassins kinda suck vs grouped team. All you can do is flank, but if the enemy carry stays hidden till you show up and the rest of your team is kinda losing 4v4 then imo there is no nothing you can do.
To that end, not showing and maintaining your threat is better than contributing poorly to a teamfight. It’s like “the hook not thrown is often better than the hook missed.”
It’s especially important that you’re pushing out your sidelanes. If you’re ahead take the 1v1; much like a fighter. If you’re behind then push and rotate. The main thing is that if you’re not pushing that you’re staying off vision because you’re maintaining threat. Your greatest opportunity is to catch single people outside of the group. Catch people in rotation coming to match you, catch them on their return to the group etc. once they’re grouped your job is to pull someone out of the pack through threatening another part of the map. Because of assassins inherent mobility and threat, you will likely pull more than a single person. That’s your teams opportunity.

And one question, I used to play Corki in season 9 with lethal tempo+triforce+I.E+muramana, are there situations in which this setup would be good nowadays?
I think lethal tempo probably isn't worth it these days unless you vs a bunch of tanks, overall the gold income from first strike outperforms it. You could probably do tri force instead of ER in the ER > manamune > RFC > IE build but you'd be weakening your crit spike for a stronger early game. Kinda up to you if you think that trade off is worth it or not

Hey Shok! I was wondering for the itemization, doing the hexdrinker delays your manamune powerspike quite a lot, and the maw also delays the malignance. Why is it better to rush these items instead of doing for example: rush manamune, hexdrinker, malignance, maw?
You can do it that way as well, it's really just a tradeoff of do you want more early game power or do you want more scaling

I think maybe it's less about the zerkers and more about the Lich bane
@@Alex-zv2rrlich bane is good on azir vs squishies, berserkers are a troll, even if paired with heavy ap comp, the additional magic pen is better than the attack speed. imo best build would be nashor, sorcs, rabadons into cryptbloom
I think the berserkers aren't the worst thing in the world, but they are normally better against heavy tanks. imo if you are playing 3 AP like this, the best build is to go Nashors > Dcap > Void or Nashors > Void > Dcap, delaying dcap past 3 items is a big mistake imo and I don't think the lich bane spike is worth that. And yes I'm gonna make an ap itemization video!

Soul a lot of the time does decide the game imo, or at least heavily tilts it in their favor
