Is it possible for absolute anyone to come and run their steam locomotives there or do you have to be a part of some club?
Also is it o scale (32mm)?

Track is 32mm but scale is 16mm to foot. Railway is private so you can't just turn up. Best place to start however is following the Facebook page.
