I put in a claim against VA and was given a hearing , however at the hearing VA produced a paper stating that I had talked to a doctor , I never had a talk . It's hard to fight a corrupt system , especially being black with no support . I do agree that the military is a racist arm of the American government and it's too bad because you lose belief in the system .

My Vietnam vet father was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam and had various health issues. Three years ago, at 80yo, he was awarded disability benefits. At 0%. April 2022, at 83yo, he had a heart attack, seizure, and stroke, all at once, 6ft from the front doors of a VA hospital going to an appointment. He never regained consciousness and passed 2 weeks later, on Good Friday. He was a great husband (of 53 years), father (of 4), grandfather (of 3), pastor, friend and mentor (of hundreds), and US veteran. He deserved better.

As a black veteran, that also worked for the VA, I have witnessed racism in the VA on many occasions. Since jan 6 we all know now that many veterans are racists, but how many paygrade increases and disability claims were denied due to the racist that made those decisions.

CBS is disgraceful for indulge another conniving parasitic race grifter liar. There's implicit & blatant anti-white discrimination beside directed malevolence & harm with atrocity happening but obfuscate, obstruct, & retaliate. Among substantial civil criminal & human rights violations there's directed anti-white bias discrimination & bigotry even hate crimes endured by an white USN retiree but deliberately suppressed from exposure by media & systemic corruption; injury malfeasance injustice & violations were indulged by San Diego CA, even Columbus, Chillicothe, & Lancaster OH reported assault battery & violations committed by malicious belligerent black veteran while Fairfield County along with Veteran's Admin & NGOs aware then covered up the crime & indulged violations further endured by an innocent white veteran. As worse they persecuted & retaliated upon the innocent petson. There are atrocity happening under auspices of Veteran's Exploitation Industrial Complex, along with anti-white bias discrimination prejudice & racism.

I sincerely hope you win, the VA as a rule hate the black service man! I served and honorably discharged after an accident while training for a secondary job in conjunction with my primary duty; the government separated and retired me because of my injuries, this information wasn't processed by the VA this happened in 1976. They claimed without any documentation that I was discharged for a shaving disorder, and had gastrointestinal disorders which is disputed by my Service Treatment Records.

After he passed, I fought on his behalf and I won. My father died knowing that his country turned their back on him. He didn’t even want the military at his funeral. No 21 gun salute, no nothing! I know for a fact information from the VA years ago stopped me from filing racial discrimination. My life was threatened by military officer, at Camp Lejeune North Carolina in 1979. I immediately left my duty assignment and I reported this incident and several more incidents with other minorities United States Marine servicemen and my motor transport unit. So I immediately left to report this to my congressman in Columbus Ohio. I still today suffer with pdsd but it's not recognized by the VA standards. After viewing you broadcast I feel confident now to file for a disability claim. For racial discrimination and for the toxic water levels at Camp Lejeune North Carolina. I may have contracted my cancer from the pollutants In the water treatment systems .

The effort to desegregate the Democrat-controlled House cafeteria was defeated. Civil rights were not on the party agenda. FDR always opposed the federal anti-lynching law as part of FDR's Southern Strategy. Anti-lynching bills were first introduced by Republicans. The Costigan-Wagner Act was introduced in 1934, calling on the Roosevelt administration to take an active role in ending lynching in the United States. Senators Edward Costigan of Colorado and Robert Wagner of New York sponsored the bill. Under its provisions, any state officer who failed to exercise diligence in protecting a person under their care from a lynch mob or who neglected to arrest persons involved in a lynching, could themselves be subject to federal imprisonment for five years and a $5,000 fine. In 1935 attempts were made to persuade Roosevelt to speak out in support of the bill. However, Roosevelt refused. He argued that the white voters in the South would never forgive him if he supported the bill and he would, therefore, lose the next election.
Even the appearance in the newspapers of the lynching of Rubin Stacy failed to change Roosevelt's mind on the subject. Six deputies were escorting Stacy to Dade County jail in Miami on July 19, 1935, when he was taken by a white mob and hanged by the side of the home of Marion Jones, the woman who had made the original complaint against him. The New York Times later revealed that "subsequent investigation revealed that Stacy, a homeless tenant farmer, had gone to the house to ask for food; the woman became frightened and screamed when she saw Stacy's face." The Costigan-Wagner Bill had wide support; however, the bill was defeated in 1934, 1935, 1937, 1938 and 1940.
FDR's Southern Strategy: FDR always opposed federal anti-lynching legislation, first introduced by Republicans.
Ever since the Draft Riots of 1863, New York was the bastion of Democratic Resistance in the North. It was a Republican mayor however who made the first efforts to coax traditional black Lincoln Republicans into the New Deal coalition. Fiorello La Guardia was a RINO, or Republican New Dealer. Roosevelt provided federal funds to La Guardia and withheld support from La Guardia's opponents. After the 1935 Harlem riot, La Guardia decreed that African-Americans were not to be arrested for anything, and that police patrolling Harlem could not carry nightsticks.
President Roosevelt excluded 4-time gold medalist Jesse Owens from the customary White House visit by Olympic athletes. As Jesse Owens later explained:
"Hitler didn’t snub me; it was our president FDR who snubbed me. The president didn’t even send a telegram."

    Dear Black Veterans Project:
Is there any way possible that "Black Veterans Project" can investigate the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA) and/or the Military Service Board Directors (BCNR, BCMR, DRBs, etc.) on behalf of "veterans" that have continually filled discrimination complaints against the VA and/or these Military Board Directors (BCNR/BCMR, DRBs, etc.) but are almost totally ignored and NOT taken seriously?
I have repeatedly filed discrimination complaints (for various reasons including but NOT limited to my VA Service Connection (SC) Disability and Compensation Entitlement Benefits Claims and requests to be placed on the Military Medical Disability Retirement List) based on my medical disabilities and the preponderance of competent medical and lay evidence of the record and in accordance with Congressional and VA Policy Guideline Directives and Regulations; but I am NOT taken seriously.
I have filed discrimination complaints to the VAOIG, to the Board of Correction of Naval Records (BCNR), and written many letters to Congress. I have also retained several attorneys but have repeatedly been unsuccessful.
I strongly believe I have an overwhelming amount of competent medical and Regulatory based evidence to prove the profound and intense discrimination I have suffered during my active military service and during my post military service (with the VA and/or BCNR).
Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter.

      @@haywoodjablowme2192 Tuskegee syphilis experiment
Tuskegee experiment during the New Deal.[93]
The study was initially funded by the private Rosenwald Fund. However, The Fund ended its involvement due to lack of matching state funds, and the federal government under the heavily DEMOCRAT 73rd Congress took over the funding. According to the 1995 Abstract to The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment: biotechnology and the administrative state:
"The central issue of the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment was property: property in the body and intellectual property. Once removed from the body, tissue and body fluids were not legally the property of the Tuskegee subjects. Consequently, there was not a direct relationship between a patient and research that used his sera. The Public Health Service (PHS) was free to exercise its property right in Tuskegee sera to develop serologic tests for syphilis with commercial potential. To camouflage the true meaning, the PHS made a distinction between direct clinical studies and indirect studies of tissue and body fluids. This deception caused all reviews to date to limit their examination to documents labeled by the PHS as directly related to the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. This excluded other information in the public domain. Despite the absence of a clinical protocol, this subterfuge led each to falsely conclude that the Tuskagee Syphilis Experiment was a clinical study. Based on publications of indirect research using sera and cerebrospinal fluid, this article conceives a very history of the Tuskagee Syphilis Experiment. Syphilis could only cultivate in living beings. As in slavery, the generative ability of the body made the Tuskegee subjects real property and gave untreated syphilis and the sera of the Tuskegee subjects immense commercial value. Published protocols exploited the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment to invent and commercialize biotechnology for the applied science of syphilis serology.
Jinbin Park of Kyung Hee University reports,
"the growing influence of eugenics and racial pathology at the time reinforced discriminative views on minorities. Progressivism was realized in the form of domestic reform and imperial pursuit at the same time. Major medical journals argued that blacks were inclined to have certain defects, especially sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis, because of their prodigal behavior and lack of hygiene. This kind of racial ideas were shared by the PHS [Public Health Service] officials who were in charge of the Tuskegee Study. Lastly, the PHS officials believed in continuing the experiment regardless of various social changes. They considered that black participants were not only poor but also ignorant of and even unwilling to undergo the treatment. When the exposure of the experiment led to the Senate investigation in 1973, the participating doctors of the PHS maintained that their study offered valuable contribution to the medical research. This paper argues that the combination of the efficiency of military medicine, progressive and imperial racial ideology, and discrimination on African-Americans resulted in the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment.

If 3000 claims were filed, and those filings are equal for black and white Vets, I believe for example 50% whites will be approved, and 10% blacks will be approved. White approvals may change, black approvals will be the same over the years.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is completely racist… the military used chemical weapons on my grandfather “Dicky” Richardson and messed up his life… even after I still joined as an orphan teenager from Tulsa boys home even though the white boys in the Oklahoma national guard was weak and didn’t want to serve for Operation Iraqi freedom I got racially discharged because they said a “selfie” I took with my weapon was “too black looking” …. even after I served and the military messed up my grandfather they aren’t giving me the benefits I deserve… 120th Engineering Battalion HSC Oklahoma national guard Battalion Commander could have showed integrity and called the VA to get my benefits and I would have kept the unit’s cowardice a secret like I did for 20 years so everyone else could have good careers… but since they stopped me from providing for my family EFF them … and they didn’t want to serve as support for 1st Calvary in Iraq… the stop loss policy doesn’t allow people to get out of activated units so they Racially Discriminated Discharged me so the soldiers could return from Fort Sill because I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WANTED TO SERVE
