- First time fishing with my son and first time fishing myself for almost 20 years. First ever fish he lands and it’s a 50cm carp, he reeled it in himself, I was so happy he caught a fish! My fish was 39cm and Tysie was 50cm
Awesome mate! Quality time with the kid. I spent today bringing my 14yr old daughter shopping. She bought a hoodie, jeans, Pringles, M&Ms, a bar of Snickers and a double cheeseburger! And after sending her home... I went for my pints of Guinness with some mates. Now overdosed on the Guinness. Awesome day!

Thanks heaps for that comment mate, I appreciate those kind words, yeah I wanted him to catch a fish to have that experience and he caught that big fella, I was happy for him, he was pretty proud of himself, I filmed it yesterday and I reckon today I’ve said to him 10 times “what about you catching that big fish” lol
