This feels like it's going to be a real shot in the dark for me. Affirming for even a single minute is more difficult than concentrating on schoolwork even when I'm just doing it mentally, let alone doing it for 5 minutes, and trying to affirm alongside you was completely impossible for me to do. I feel like I must suffer from some kind of brain damage if I can't even do something as basic as that, because from what I've seen and heard it shouldn't be hard to affirm. My life's been a literal hell for the past year and a week, and no amount of affirming has worked because everytime I get started I just end up zoning out and my mind shifts focus to other things. I know it's poor form to acknowledge the 3D, but at this point, I just can't ignore it. Something's wrong with me. I'll still give this a shot though. Solo affirming to a timer might work, but that's better than nothing. Wish me luck.
I'm wishing u the best luck!!! And trust me, that's totally fine. Some might find it harder to affirm as they hear others affirming at the same time. Don't be hard on yourself. About the not-being-able-to-focus thing - I'd recommend you to slip in some affirmations about "I literally focus on things so naturally, focusing on things come to me so naturally" etc. ALSO!!! I rlly wanna tell u this. Don't think of affirming as "AFFIRMING". Just think this is a self-talk session if u love to talk to urself. OR, just think u are talking to someone close to u. Like ur mom, ur friends, ur pets, anyone. If I were u, I wouldn't try to affirm with memorized sentences - that gets SO BORING for me too, trust me. That's why I always try to affirm as if I'm talking to my subscribers, my bf, my friends, myself, my cat, etc. Focus on taking it really naturally, imagine you are actually talking to someone and just literally "talk", don't affirm. I think I want to address this properly in a video, this can be such a helpful topic for many of yall - now that I think about it, I also struggled to focus on affirming a lot! @@25thpage Well, after the video, I did some solo affirming and managed to get through five minutes of it without finding it difficult or losing concentration, so that's an improvement. I guess watching you give an example really helped make it click for me, since the manifestation community hasn't exactly been helpful for helping me truly understand how to affirm. But, I've been feeling better and more alert than I have been as a result, as well as pretty hopeful, on top of looking better imo, and doing it again today, I still managed it fairly easily, though after 3 minutes I found myself running out of affirmations. I was sort of run down when doing it, so that's why. I guess these kinds of results - even if it's not a lot - have helped me feel like it's doable. Thanks for the support. It's been very helpful. Im in! I usually affirm in my daily life but i wanna be more into it. Pdt: pls can u make other video with the affirmations only? 30/09/24( starting from september!) results: first a litle sunmarize; after a week i saw my manifestation are more easy to atracct? they come naturally to me. I dont know how to explain it. But even when i thought something i want, it comes to me, really scary how fast it change. I notice a have some limiting beliefs too, im trying to work on then and stay consistent, i know is short, but this change my way to use affirmations tbh. Im gratefully, i already got amazing results and i recognize my own power. Sorry for my bad english, im trying. pdt: muchas gracias por tus videos! son lo mejor! I think it's better if you actually create them yourself - like naturally! I always affirm just naturally, spontaneously. I only memorize a few sentences like "my life is perfect" "everything's perfect in my life" etc. Create your own affirmations with the words you use the most frequently in your real-life situation so that it can feel natural for u! Hope this helps. 🤍
