A quick and easy to make Restuarent style chicken mandi prepared with special mandi spice..
1 kg chicken with bone
Mandi spice mix
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp clove
1 tbsp cardomom
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 Dried lemon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Other ingredients
600 gm basmati rice
2 onion sliced
handful of Raisins
1 cup oil
2 tbsp melted butter
1 dried lemon
1 piece charcoal
Mandi sauce
2 tomato chopped
2 Greenchilli
3 chicken cubes
Handful of coriander leaves
2 garlic clove
