A Triple decked sandwich with grilled shawerma chicken topped with crunchy oman chips and lettuce which give the taste of having a shawerma roll.
Ingredients:
Chicken marination
400 gm chickcen Breast
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp redchilli powder
1 tsps pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
Other ingredients
shredded lettucee
sliced cucumber
oman chips
Slightly Toasted Bread
Arabic garlic sauce (link in above)
Pickled vegetables/ sliced olives
chilli sauce (optional)
