This is the story of a parent and child raising rare Japanese beef, "Kumamoto Akaushi," in Ubuyama Village, Aso County, Kumamoto Prefecture. Father Nobuyuki I (88) has been working with Akaushi for 70 years! He has adopted grazing and has raised cattle on 100% local, domestic feed. He has also been working on recycling animal husbandry for a long time. The cows they raise are constantly ordered by famous chefs. He is a legendary Akaushi farmer who continues to pursue "red meat" in an era when marbled meat is valued. However, in recent years, there has been a shortage of successors due to depopulation and aging. Conversion to the Japanese black breed, which has a high market value, is progressing, etc. The number of Akaushi being kept is decreasing year by year. Today, it accounts for just 1.3% of the total amount in circulation. Although I feel sad about the current situation, This is the story of Nobuyuki and Masanobu, a parent and child who face cows every day.

- Born in 1935 as the eldest son of a family of six in Ubuyama Village.
- Engaged in farming after graduating from junior high school in 1951.
- Awarded the 27th Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Award in 1988.
- Achieved a three-star rating from the All Japan Akaushi Association in 2012.
- Became the first producer to receive the Tsuji Shizuo Food Culture Award in 2016.
- In 2020, "Nobuyuki Beef" was certified as a branded beef.

2:20の直腸検査で授精師さんが言っていたのは[妊です]ではなく[右です](右側卵巣に卵胞がありますという意味)ではないでしょうか
ありがとうございます!てっきり妊娠の意味の「妊」かと思っていました!他にも間違いがありましたら是非教えて頂ければうれしいです🙇♂️
この場合妊娠していたら授精業務をする必要がないので間違いないと思います。

3:35辺りなんですが、[60日くらいなる?](発情が来て)となっていますが、人工授精の場合だと発情日に授精業務を行うのでたぶんですが分娩
して60日経っているということではないでしょうか?
