"Playing the game without doing research." This video is exactly I've been struggling with for the past 2 years at my current company. Influences say do research but how do you do it when there are sooo many chains in stakeholders. I needed this video. Nobody addresses this B2B issue in UX Design, I thought I was at fault and was unable to do research or test my designs with actual users.

Doing Product Designing in Fintech is like doing designing within the Business Needs and their constraints.
Never waste time on the Stakeholders try your best to get things done under your realm of opportunity and explain them.
Interview is a trust building process and keep things real as much possible. These are things I took from video and also learn the same things as well in my firm.
