Will seems to be the kind of guy that can gain respect in the locker room and the huddle. He's sure of himself, but also humble at the same time. He's very experienced and knows how to carry himself.
So far, he's been saying the right things. I cant wait until the season begins and hopefully win that title.

Man I can feel the Leadership just flow from this young man :) I am thankful we got a Transfer like this, with this Experience it's perfect for our room and young recruits just coming in. I really don't know who is going to start out of Will's Experience and Leadership or Devins Loyalty and bravery to compete and no fear at all!! I think they are the perfect combo to share some snaps.. They bring something different and both of them @ ONCE could make that 1 Elite, Heisman NFL caliber QB, with an easy shot at the title.. I am thankful for how last season went because look at where we are now. O-H!

Power Spread is supposed to be executable...easy execution -- looks complicated to the opponent - plays simple for the players... love it. Man, the bucks are lucky OBrien took the BC job!
My big question, is.. why not Kelly in the first place? Was it simply availability? Will says Day had a backup plan.. for me Kelly is such a better hire than OBrien - why the backup plan? I can only think that Kelly wasn't yet committed to leaving UCLA to be an OC again...
