I would like to disagree with the Titania recommendation. I ran Titania instead of Bob and I must say that games were MUCH harder as she could not easily be proactively played. Hand management and priority in certain spots became a problem. Maybe it’s me and I’m not skilled enough to pilot the deck differently with her instead of Bob but my games felt noticeably different and harder than yours. I’m gonna try ice man or even martyr honestly. Thanks for the content!
Also another comment as I watch the video around working, Ajax is super sweet and I really enjoy the card design as a situational big guy who requires working around.

I bought Bojack Norseman a while ago and haven't played them enough I'll probably give this deck a whirl.
This was a great deck for a lot of 1 cube retreats and 8 cube wins lov it
I've had some success substituting Swan with Phastos.

I think if the 'Caps and Shield' combo that is coming in a little bit outperforms them, they'll have to take a harder look at them.
