INGREDIENTS FOR KHASTA MATHRI -
(HINDI)
मैदा - १ कप (१२५ ग्राम) + १ चम्मच
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
काली मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ + १ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार

All Purpose flour - 1 cup (125 gm) + 1 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Black Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 + 1 table spoon
Edible Oil - to fry
