Hi Chris, it's Bob Busssiere again, That's one beautiful slingshot! If you can get some flame maple or flame Birch by all means buy some! It is some of the most stunning and beautiful wood you will ever make a slingshot out of.
Great video on making a slingshot! 🌟 The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow, and I love how you explained each detail. Your creativity in crafting the slingshot is truly impressive. The visuals and editing were on point, making the video engaging and enjoyable. I'm inspired to try making one myself! 🔧🎯 Keep up the fantastic work, and looking forward to more awesome DIY projects from your channel! Sir can you pin my comment?👏
Such a great video! Im getting ready to step up my game to try and create a sling shot buzz in my area and will be making some. You’re a great resource. God bless
Interesting Thankyou I make my own out of various Hardwood forks but tend to carve them with a sharp Sheath knife ..They take longer but I have difficulty with keeping everything equal..I liked the way you cut the fork on both sides first!
Great looking fork ,looks better in natural than metal and wrapped. Gonna make myself one tmora ,got just the fork dried ready to go. Looks very much like the mule catty.👍
Chris lad, what a great video this is. Its a pleasure to watch someone enjoying their work, thanks very much for posting. Bought back the memory of my old great grandfather who made me my first set of spragg, about 1967, i was bored shitless off school with mumps at the time. But that catapult went everywhere with me for years until a copper confiscated it for shooting a duck 🦆... Thanks again Chris, keep up the good work.. 👍🏻
Wish I had all these tools my crafting room hehe. When it gets freezing in the winter months, try infrared radiant heaters if you're not already using one of these. They transfer warmth quickly to you without heating up all the air in the cabin (Y)
wonderful work Chris, ball show partner, my conditions today do not allow me to exploit all my potential in the manufacture of my slings, as I live in an apartment here in the city of São Paulo - Brazil, but in the near future I intend to reach your level of professionalism in the area . thank you for inspiring me and wishing to make my dreams come true, may God bless you and your family.
im in the same position buddy it sucks. i love crafting and making things with my hands and i have no workspace at all to do so and it drives me insain leaving me bored all the time
How super cute is your wee girl 😍 Really nice build, I'm looking at carving my first attempt from a piece of home made micarta I've got left over. Looking for inspiration. Cheers brother 👍
Well done Chris! Another excellent video mate! This really is a top quality tutorial! Great Audio for a change lol!! Youve made so many good vids mate! Keep it up please! Beutfull frame! Love from Australia! Shane
Really nice work, that dark in the crotch is so strong as you know, never made a (USA "pea shooter") but it is on my mind, lots of oak here in Tennessee it is tough when we try to split those Ys when we are making fire wood hard work even with a splitter. Thanks for the video, lovely baby!
@@CatapultCarnage Well, activating them in this video. I have been watching your channel for a long time as well as that of your friend Paul and you usually have them activated but it is not a problem either. Cheers and good shots Chris🎯💥🤙
@@Homepeixe I think UA-cam puts the subtitles on. Maybe it will take a few days 🤔 Thank-you for your comment I will look into it because I had a similar comment on my previous upload
Hi there i just wanted to ask you if you have the same problem with me and how can I fix it. For some reason my bands are breaking in the place that the bands are meeting the wooden frame.

You can do alot with a hand saw, coping saw, rasp, sandpaper and a vice. I used to do the this way but I've since invested in myself and this workshop
Good job

Never mind--found your website
I have no clue how people can shoot slingshots with short forks and such small gap. I would smash my hand every time.
Right now the Slingshot is on sale, right?
Nice video Chris. you should turn on subtitles. Still it is very graphical 👍
