I have both. I just got the Steampod today and it is definitely a learning curve but it was the same way with the Dyson. I was never good at curling my hair with a flatiron and I’m a Cosmetologist!! 😂. I hope you would what works for you.
Your hair looks beautiful using that! I hated it. I straighten my hair and that thing tugged, tore and ripped my hair out, even with the comb out. Fail for me!
Would you say it’s equally less damaging as the Dyson than other tools? I have no trouble curling my hair with a straightener but I am always down for less damage
I have both and use them equally as much. I think the Dyson is less damaging because it is just air and you can touch the barrels on the highest heat with your bare hands - I use it pretty much everyday to touch up and my hair feels really healthy, soft and shiny. However the steampod curls last longer and definitely feels less damaging than any other straightener but I personally wouldn't use it every single day because it is still high heat and my main priority is to limit heat damage as much as possible. Definitely depends on how often you like to style your hair and I have naturally wavy, fine hair btw :)
Can you put a water and product mix in the “tank”?? Thinking 40% leave in conditioner and 60% water or something more than just water. Just an idea. Thoughts?
