Stunning place . Great presentation, thought the only MASSIVE! was going to be your pants but no 7min 44 then two hahah Alas i had gone for 3 minutes. Is it possible you could do an overview of where the places and districts etc are on the island for those of us who don't know the area well. Keep up the good work you are getting better with your flow with each one.

Hey Victoria, what's the common fee of holding this place? Is there international schools around? if So, how many mininutes by car? And also, Are there markets around? For daily groceries.

Hi Heng! Thank you for your comment, common area fees for this property is 10,500 THB per month. There are a few options for international schools nearby, UWC Thailand and British International school Phuket are both around 20 minutes drive.
