For the kitchen area, villa custom is creating four unique different pieces, inspired by a multi-layered assemblage of “Bejwelled Wings” at the entrance of Emporium. The filigree infill to each piece is subtly concaved to create a lustrous light quality across the whole surface. Each element contains multiple LED G9 light sources to refract and diffuse the light. I cannot believe what developers think their properties are worth. Even though Phuket is expensive, and goodness knows why as it's completely overdeveloped, $1.2M (40+M Baht) for this claustrophobic villa with views of walls or the pool if you're lucky, but then you lose any privacy, shoehorned into the development cheek by jowl with your neighbours is ludicrous.
Sorry it's well over priced and the layout is terrible, I have seen much better with sea views for less than half the price they are asking for.
