Had a chat with Isaac and Laurie at the signing tent before their set at Leeds. They are really nice guys, proper down to earth and warm. I asked Laurie to write "keep the paper stacks" for my brother but he put "cute paper stacks". Isaac was happy that I named my son Isaac after him (and Newton but I didn't mention that). Then during their set I crowd surfed to 'Hey'. Felt like I was on top of the world while my favorite band was playing my favorite song. Definitely one of the best days of my life. Sorry to the people who I got thrown onto while crowd surfing
saw Isaac at a Baby Strange gig a few months ago, tried to have a chat with him but he was having none of it he just looked at us like we were a bunch of drunk dick heads. To be fair to the guy we are basically just a bunch of drunk dick heads. The Baby Strange boys are always happy to have a chat though, good guys.
