I first went to 'grinlow' back in the late 80's, there were no barriers then and virtually no tarmac roads, apart from near reception, the rest were tracks and you were mainly on grass.
Its a shame its been 'dressed' up, back then it was very much a back to nature site, very peaceful, although that shouldn't have changed. also my first trip was in a tent... on a caravan club site. Still ad toilet blocks though.

It is a lovely site - and i think a real hidden gem. although it has been dressed up - I think the shower / toilet block is in need of some updating (i understand this is going to happen) But i would still recommend this to others. But you are right the peacefulness and immediate proximity to all things natural is a real seller for me.

I know what you mean, the woods were very confusing. Thankfully no camera with me at that point, it would have been Blair witch territory 😜

I went to this site its a great site . I went to that temple in the pitch black it was spooky but cool to see the street lights of Buxton .

Did you see the bats on the way back from the Temple ?

The Trudgians no unfortunately we did not see the bats , but there's always plenty of rabbits on site cheers LNER 377
Great vid as per. I can't believe Angela is so happy and cool after working nights. I'm always in a foul temper after nights. Well, worse than usual... ;@)
The girl is a machine. I just read this comment out to her and Angelas reply was "Well I've been married to you for 19 years - so you can see how tolerant and patient i am..."
