Caller ID was invented in the mid to late 70's and first came on the market in 1984. I'm sure that if caller ID was available when this show was filmed, Mike and Carol Brady would have had it. After all, they had enough money for a housekeeper.
Season 1 was so groovy!! However that Mr.Philips was hot tempered, incredibly all the kids simultaneously rushed to the top of the stairs when their father called them,so well behaved.
I have learned to be skeptical when a friend or coworker invites you for a day on his boat. Often the owner of the boat and the guests assume the roles of captain and crew, respectively.
I gotta say...I really loved The Brady's house as a kid, and I still adore it now. At the last minute when Mike is talking to the kids at the top of the stairs...you can see the stone fireplace, the landing of the stairs, the entryway, the dimensional flow of the entire view from the top of the stairs with its multiple levels, the colors and finishes. I could move in right now. The design is so sensible, and smooth with everything in its place, and no need for anything more. I would even say that a lot of their furniture on the main level was kinda sexy. The set really appealed to me as a kid, and it still does in the exact same way. I would love it there.
Sorry, but only Cindy sounds like she just had throat surgery. Carol sounds like she had her wisdom teeth removed instead of her tonsils in the bedroom scene. She sounds more realistic on the couch.
