My favorite Lego era would have to be 1989 - 1992. It was that sweet spot for me when Lego was upping their game, and I was at the right age to be gifted sets from these years including the Pirate ship and castle.
While you could call the Space Cruiser the first Space set, (set 487/924) it was released alongside three other Space sets as the first wave released in 1978. The ship shown in the video is the Galaxy Explorer (497/928) from 1979, which is significantly larger. Also, the Lego Dark Age was from about 2000-2005 as Lego was at risk of going out of business due to kid's new interest in video games and less care for Lego, not in the 90's as stated, the 90's were a great decade for Lego in the sets they released. They were close to bankruptcy from failures like Jack Stone and Galidor, having to lay off thousands of employees, but successes like Bionicle, Harry Potter and Star Wars provided much needed stability for the company.
Recently I've been super into Legos specifically because the Lego Monkie Kid show. (I liked Ninjago when I was younger but didn't really care about the sets.) I already have like... Four sets I think and yesterday I got my first set with a Wukong mini figure, which is awesome because I already have four MKs and one Macaque, so Wukong was way overdue.
How could you not mention Lego friends? It’s the 4th biggest series. Also kinda skipped over City which is literally the biggest series. Lego City & Friends were the only sets I bought as a kid lol 😂
Bro spent almost 40 seconds talking about a viking line ship from 1982 and doesn't mention classic town or castle, which were far more important at the time. 😂
Bro I am 8 years old but I'm watching this video on my grandmother phone and she haven't died yet also my first lego set is the lego ice cream truck 😂😂😂
fact: With the Viking line Lego brick ships you can see one ship named Viking sally which later was named M/S Estonia which sadly sank in 1994 and killed 852 people
Lego's rule for Lego idea sets: if you don't like it then don't make it a set What it should be: no profanity, nothing dirty minded, and no being racist or treating others unfairly because they're different
Lego w the company was established in 1932 and started on as wooden toys and then turned into the lego system bricks that we know today, so lego is not 100 years old but it is 92 years old wait 8 more years buddy.
The Lego Group had been making wooden and later plastic toys for two decades at that point in 1956. This video says that this is the first set with actual building bricks instead of just one finished product.

Cool thing about the baby figure, for those that don't know. They actually recolor the body and gave it a new head to go with the Baby Yoda build.
HERE IS THE MAN BEHIND THE SLAUGHTER
