A great video and view of one of my favorite shopping malls in the US. On my first trip to SF in 1986, I remember getting on those circular escalators' in the original part of the building and looking up at the skylight during the ride. It truly was/is spectacular. But when they expanded, and built the BLOOMINGDALES, they saved and added the old dome from the closed EMOPORIUM Department Store (it closed in 1995). It was brilliant! Even better is that the food court, now called the EMPORIUM, uses the old lettering from the original store logo. That's a great way to preserve an ICON.

Is this only after Bristol Farms and Brookstone both closed?

How much is parking?
Some of the parking near the area is about $20 - $30 a day. Go a few blocks down and parking can go as low as $15.
