- Pork mechado is one of the classic cuisine and a common favorite among many Filipino families. Pork mechado is stewed in tomato sauce and composed of pork meat, soy sauce, bell pepper, potatoes, carrots, bay leaf, onions and garlic. I added cheese cubes and liver spread for a flavorful, tender pork meat and rich brown sauce developed during the time of cooking.It is an easy dish that can easily be prepared by anyone.
Ingredients:
3/4 Pork Meat, sliced thinly
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper
2 pieces potato
1 medium carrot
cheese cubes
1 small can liver spread
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 200 grams tomato sauce
1 piece bay leaf
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups water
fish sauce and black pepper to taste

You can remove the liver spread naman okay lang kahit wala po. Yes pwede po mag add ng tomato paste. :)

Meron po ako iba't ibang klase ng version ng mechado sa aking channel. Mahilig po kasi akong sumubok ng mga di nakasanayan na ingredients. Para malaman kung ano ang mas pasado sa panlasa namin. 😊

Nag ta-try po kasi ako ng different version ko ng mechado. Sana po ay ma check niyo sa aking channel. 😊
Way to much salt. You killed it. soy sauce has salt, tomato sauce has salt, stock has salt . reduce your salt and add at the serving as required for independent taste. Remember heavy salt can cause heart attacks and/or strokes.
Yung way po Ng luto NYO Ng mechado is way for caldereta .

na over cooked na ung red bell pepper mo diba dapat sa last mo ung ilalagay..
Mas gusto ko po kasi na lutong luto ang bell pepper para mas lumabas ang flavor.
