Cutting length of stirrups should be. 1.464 M
Becoz
(2×a)+(2×b)+(2×10d)- ( 3×2d)-(2×3d)
(2×520)+(2×180)+(2×10×8)-(3×2×8)-(2×3×8) = 1.464 Meter

Sir bottom bar k legth nikalty huy ap 90 degree ki bend deduction bhool gye hain mry khayal sey mry pas jvb 4736 mm ya 4.74 aya hai aur ap k pas 4800 mm ya 4.8 ab pta ni ks ka tek hai ya is men bnend deduction karni bhi thi ya ni??

Sir BBS is all right but you skip one step..ring hook is 135°=3D(formula) is also added in hook length...check it please..

hi..i have a doubt. The length of main bar said here is 4.8m including the straight length and the two bends. the overall length of beam is 3.2m and 1.6m is remaining. how is it possible to provide 80cm length(dividing 1.6m equally on both sides) on a beam of 60cm depth.

Every beam rest on column . In that case bottom steel bar L placed vertically upward direction beam 0.6 m,no problem L has extend 0.2 m on column reinforcement similarly top steel bar also placed vertically upward direction in that case overall 0.8 m L length will touched to the column reinforcement and at last all L bars bind with binding wire.

But as per your drawing bar l length show inside the beam.🙄 1.6 m where it go. Teach it properly as per drawing.

Why did you add 1 when calculating the number of stirrups ? 3200/230 = 13.9
In top bar and bottom bar y you didn't deducted clear cover and not added hook length

No...it's only given to understanding purpose.. you provide crank bar throughout the slab y-axis as well as x-axis
Longer crank bar provide at 500 c/c distance throughout the span and shorter crank bar provide at 400 c/c dis throughout the span.

That's is normal BBS only to know how much steel required for that.... It's called rough calculations.... But in limited company required for every bends deducted.

Pr beam ka width 450mm hi h to fir 450-600= -150mm development length kha jayega.
Wo jo extra 150 mm bachega wo column k vertical bar k sath chala jayega....
sanjay bhai sahi keh rahe ho .is beam ke liye ld hoga . 600 -40 -40= 520 aur agar typical joint hoga to wo drawing me diya hoga ya bolna chahiye ki as per drwaing ld 50 d lena hai .👍

You made a mistake in calculating length of stirrups.
Coz 8 mm per meter wieght is 0.39

U r not taken the value of width in strriups like 2*180 u just taken only 180 it means that some values are error of strriups

Yes; you can reduce each bent it's shows high level accuracy for cutting length...
My question is can reduce 20mm cover in slab of each side or main bar or distribution bar.
