Thanks for your comments. I use BM800 Condenser Mic but the important thing is I use Audacity for voice clarity. So, if you are using a normal Mic then also you get a good voice if you use Audacity.

Thank you very much, Sulthan Sheikh. You can create a separate list of holidays and then apply conditional formatting so that holidays will be colored in grey or in any color as you want!
Hello Sir, Today I just reached your video on youtube to make an attendance sheet. I found this is only the best video on youtube to create an attendance sheet. I have successfully created this sheet but actually, I am facing one issue. Actually, we have only Sunday week off in our company, not Saturday. So we have a total of 26 working days at the workplace. But in my sheet for every month it's showing only 22 work days for every month also for the last 7 days filter it's showing only 5 days instead of 6 days. I have sent the Excel Could you please review it and assist with the error? Thanks
Hi Abdul, The NETWORKDAYS Excel formula is used when Saturday and Sunday are both off, and that is the reason why your values are not accurate because in your case only Sunday is off. So, you can use NETWORKDAYS.INTL Excel formula instead of normal NETWORKDAYS.

Farha, this is very interesting question. You can use this formula: =OR(COUNTIF(C8:E8,"A")=3,COUNTIF(B8:D8,"A")=3,COUNTIF(A8:C8,"A")=3) after putting your data in row number 8. Go through each formula one by one and you will understand the complete formula.
One question after watching this video- lets say someone joins in the middle of the year or so, our custom date does not pick the start date for that person from when they start. For eg: if a person joins from 10th or Apr for them the attendance calculation shld only start from that date n not jan first how do we add or remove people to this table to reflect their attendance from that day onwards??
Hi Chander, There is no issue with adding a new employee in the middle of the year because the data from the previous day will be blank. For example, if a person joins on the 10th of April, the cells from the 1st of January to the 9th of April will be blank, so there will be no impact on the calculation of Present and Absent count. Let me know if you have any other query!

I am stuck in the final part of completion created a excel tracker, on top added pop up for month and related date. created name column, added popups for present, holiday, leave, etc. The place I am stuck is : For example, if marked attendance for month July then changing the month from created pop up the related date and days changes but the marked present, holiday, leave etc remains the same. How to correct it so that when moving to next month only that related month details shows. please help me, from past 3 days I am going through many videos.

You can use SumIF formula to know the count of Sundays. If you have more conditions then you can use SUMIFS formula also.
