If the name and city are same then that is only one condition. As I said the unique identifier (column) which you are creating must be unique.

Hi Suleman, fix karne ke liye pehle dekhna padega ke problem kya hai. Drag to karna padega mere bhai, otherwise need to write a code in VBA agar automate karna chahte ho to.

एक तो आप लोग जब भी वीडियो लाते हो एक दो चार हेडिंग से उपर Data नहीं लाते.. Vlookup लगाया हो गया.. Bajao ताली..
एक तो विडिओ में बड़ा डाटा लाओ. Complication लाओ.. ऐसी video देखनी है तो short video देखेंगे.. इससे तो अछा..
Second is जब vlookup प्रैक्टिकल करते हैं थोड़ा सा बड़ा हेडिंग wise डाटा होता है तो colom गिनते गिनते दिमाग में पांच डिग्री बुखार आता है इसलिए हमेशा vlookup and match साथ में दिखाओ..

There is no need to count the columns while applying vlookup formuls. Jab bhi aap vlookup ka formula lagate ho, table_array me range select karte ho to range ko chodne se pehle wo aapko right me dikhata hai ke kitne rows and columns select kiye hai like 10R x 13C. So, aap waha se automatically dekh sakte ho, columns ko count karne ki jarurat nahi padti hai.
जैसे 10 heading की एक टेबल है और उसकी फर्स्ट heading यानी सीरियल नंबर से किसी रिपोर्ट में पांच नम्बर की हेडिंग तो किसी मे आठ नम्बर की हेडिंग की वैल्यू डिस्पले करानी है और सेल Lock unlock बार बार नहीं करने. अब गिनकर दिखाओ values बार.. लाओ video तब देखते हैं किसी ज्यादा हेडिंग की तीन चार रिपोर्ट इसी फार्मूला से करके दिखाओ
For that you can use Vlookup + Match agar kafi columns hai jisme value chahiye to. Columns kitne hai, manually ye count karne ki koi jarurat nahi padti.
