Dave, glad you are having a good trip. I've watched this video 3 times just zooming in on the showcases. Holy $h!t these are some beautiful cards! Thanks for sharing 🤘🤘
I really enjoyed talking with you about the history of a number of different companies that made cards. It really does become fascinating to better understand why certain cards are tougher to find. Thanks for chatting with me about that. It has definitely given me a new perspective on collecting.
Thanks for making the trip to Ohio, Dave. You’re a fun guy to be around. I’m glad we got to chat for a bit. I’m hoping you can find some cool pieces to add to your collection here in the upcoming auctions. Hopefully we cross paths again here at another show in the near future. Until next time my friend, take care !
Hi Dave. Tom from Michigan here. Enjoyed meeting you at the show. I really enjoy your videos and the history you give with the cards. Keep up the good posts! My favorite though is your story on the Joe Jackson you had restored. By the the way my Satchel Paige auto cam back authentic which it should have since I got it myself as a kid. But good to have it authenticated for the future. Hope to see you at more shows. -Tom
The tip top mantle was listed at $21,000 and was lightly trimmed. I think I could have been had for 19.5 or so. I honestly think that’s a good price . The front was pretty clean and not messy at all. Just wasn’t in my wheelhouse to buy and I suppose I’ll regret it because I won’t get near another at that price. It’s in his website if I’d change my mind
Dave.......I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with you and your fellow content creators last weekend in Strongsville. You made this "lurker" feel welcome! Tom Werdenhause
Great to meet you, Dave. Hope to get to know everyone more, at the National. The prices were a bit high on the cards I agree. Couldn’t find any upgrades on any of my raw early football sets, but it was amazing to see so many rare cards.
It was really nice having the opportunity to finally meet you Dave on Friday. Thanks for taking the time to talk to my son, Myles about Pokémon and your son's interest in Pokémon. We're looking forward to the National being in Cleveland this year. Safe travels! Alan
Wow lot of super cards.. I went last year and was blown away how many vintage card were in one show. Hope to meet you at the National if you go. Thank you for the great content you provide to the community!!
Appreciate the video, Dave. Love seeing some of the things y’all saw. I didn’t see any vintage auto racing (I doubt there’s any there), but did see a couple T210s!!! Thanks again.
Dave, it was amazing meeting you. It was the highlight of the Strongsville Show for me. While I dont know if I'll do content creation regularly, I might do one about meeting you! 😉
I see you got some show video advice from @MidLifeCards Dave because your production of the slower video & voiceover provides a great viewing experience.

Yeah I need to work on it. I need to slow the camera down so I have enough time to comment. I felt like I was having to talk fast to keep up with
Smart man
Thanks!, lol
What are your thoughts on the 1947 Blue Tint Robinson?
I have one. It’s pretty rare. Not very attractive
Thanks, what would an SGC 7 go for? Hard to tell with so few sales
@rockcundiff1761 idk
Day 2...here we go. Revise the list and time to get to work.
🫵
I like the non-sport stuff as something different than the usual....
I do too- especially 60-70s stuff for me
