I guess i’m fairly lucky in that my company’s 401k plan is with a firm that I have other accounts with (Trad IRA, Roth IRA & brokerage).
I’m looking to roll part of my 401k plan over (they don’t allow full) & eventually convert part of that to Roth.
Even if I retire a little early, I could still take (contribution) withdraws from the IRAs if i’m 55+ per Rule 55.
I really like watching these videos and strategizing over how much to convert, so that I avoid getting bumped to a higher tax bracket.

This video was so well done I pulled a hammy. Any advice for a recovery plan?

What about the Roth conversion ladder applied to a traditional IRA? Wouldn't this give you access to the funds after 5 years? Thank you for the great video

Is the 55-year rule applicable to a Roth 401(k)?

Great video. When you say "still employed" do you mean that same company where you have your 401k?

Is this applicable to the employer match or company profit-sharing (provided that it is in a traditional 401(k) and there is a Roth 401(k) option)?

How many roll-overs can one perform per year or per lifetime?
