      I enjoy watching his videos for the same reason. That and inline 4 motorcycles sound way better at low revs. At high revs they sound like the buzzing of a mosquitoe's wings, absolutely annoying. Give me a V4 or a CP4 anyday over an I4.

      no, the r6 is literally a race bike, not like cars where they say "its a race car" but they race car and the streetcar are completely different. it is literally upgraded suspension and an exhaust and you have a bike that will be competitive in a racing series. you do not buy a race bike to go under the speed limit on, it doesn't make sense to do so. I think peoples issue is its wasting the bike because what he is doing could be done on a grom. im not saying he needs to ride like i ride, but i think he should invest the money into a bike more suited to his riding style.

      Well, lugging the engine isn't good either ofcourse (although he doesn't do that it seems). But I've noticed this with several Japanese motorcycle riders...they always short-shift. Why is that? Is that what they're being taught, or is it a courtesy thing or something?

    • @yusufpribadi9574
      @yusufpribadi9574 2 роки тому

      @@renevanderkraats3811 Yes. Lugging an engine isn't good either. I have seen some Japanese (and Asian riders as well) to short shift. They often downshift too. To make sure the load isn't too heavy for the engine. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
      I think they short shift because of the obligation to speed limits. Going in certain speed, neither too heavy (lug) nor revving too high (that would make fuel efficiency bad and noise level high).

      @@commanderdueler6256 sure, self-driving cars and people movers are definitely coming. But they won't be anything like we have now. For balance reasons, they will have to be three or four wheels. At that point why bother? Once you lose the ability to have input as a rider, you're just a passenger. Why subject yourself to rain, wind, cold, etc. and all of the dangers of being on two wheels without the comfort? Not even I would want that. Even when electric motorcycles take over, they won't be what we have now. I've ridden an electric motorcycle - they are not the same. They have ridiculous torque and are much quicker but the experience is not much different than being on a scooter - twist the throttle and go. Boring.
